Welcome to the Stilton Stumblers website!

Stilton Stumblers are an informal walking group based in the village of Stilton, Cambridgeshire, UK. We meet for regular local walks every alternate Sunday, at 10:00am at the village pump, and organise occasional expeditions to interesting places further afield. As you might have guessed, we don’t take ourselves too seriously – hence Stumblers, not Ramblers!

We’re just a group of like-minded people who enjoy the outdoors, discovering new places off the beaten track, and having a lively social life. If you live in north-west Cambridgeshire and want to combine a bit of healthy outdoor exercise with a bit of browsing and sluicing afterwards, and all in pleasant company, why not join us? You’ll soon make friends.

To find out more about Stumbling, read our FAQ page first. If you still have questions, send us an enquiry.

But better still, if you’d like to join one of our regular Stumbles around the local countryside, just turn up on the day with your boots on! Here’s our current calendar – put the dates in your diary!
